Product Introduction

The Knife Edge Belt Conveyor is a special conveying device specially designed to solve the pain points of conveying and docking tiny and thin materials. Its core structure is to adopt knife-edge drums with extremely small diameters at both ends of the conveyor, so that the end of the belt forms a transition edge as thin as a knife edge, achieving seamless docking with a minimal gap of 1~3 mm between the upstream and downstream equipment. This completely prevents material jamming, falling, and clogging at the docking point.

The device adopts an intermediate drive design, where the motor and driving roller are installed in the middle of the machine body, and both ends are driven knife-edge wheels. This ensures uniform tension on both ends of the belt and stable operation. The machine body can be customized into various layouts such as straight, circular, and U-shaped. Combined with different types of belts such as food-grade PU/PVC and anti-static belts, it meets the precise conveying requirements of various industries such as food, medicine, electronics, and logistics. It is a core device for realizing seamless docking in automated production lines.

The machine body can be made of carbon steel sprayed (cost-effective) or 304/316 stainless steel (for food/medicine/clean workshops) to adapt to different working conditions in various industries.
