1. General Rule
Natural person contacts hold the below legal rights for their submitted personal information. All right applications are free of charge, and we shall respond to your valid formal request within 30 working days after receipt via sale@dlte.cn. Corporate legal entity information for business cooperation is commercial public information and excluded from personal data erasure requirements.
2. Detailed Legal Rights
Right to Access
You may apply to obtain a full copy of your stored personal data including historical inquiry and order records of conveyor belts, equipment and spare parts.
Right to Rectification
Submit corrected information via official email if your reserved name, email, phone or corporate details contain errors; we complete database revision within 7 working days.
Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)
You may request full deletion of your personal data where: you fully withdraw processing consent; data storage purpose no longer exists without ongoing business contract; you permanently object to marketing processing based on legitimate interest.
Right to Restriction of Processing
You can require temporary suspension of your personal data processing when you dispute our lawful data collection basis; only legally mandatory storage is maintained during verification period.
Right to Data Portability
We export your relevant personal and order data into structured electronic files and deliver to your designated email address upon your portability request.
Right to Opt-out from Marketing

3. Regulatory Complaint Right
If you consider our data handling violates local privacy laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local competent data protection authority.
4. Application Verification
When submitting rights application by email, provide your full name, affiliated company name and bound contact number for identity verification to prevent unauthorized third-party data access.
