Module with straight conveyor

The modular belt conveyor is a high-efficiency linear conveyor device that uses a modular plastic belt/chain plate as the conveying medium. The entire machine is composed of core components such as a food-grade modular belt, aluminum alloy/stainless steel frame, variable frequency motor, guiding edges, and tension adjustment devices. The machine length, width, and conveying height can be customized according to conveying requirements, making it adaptable to linear continuous conveying scenarios with different loads and materials. The core modular belt is made of food-grade engineering plastics such as PP/POM/PE, combined with stainless steel pins and wear-resistant rails, ensuring smooth operation without jamming. The machine is designed with no sanitary dead corners, making it easy to clean and maintain. It is widely used in automated production lines in industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, packaging logistics, and electronics/light industry. It is a highly adaptable upgrade to replace traditional belts and roller conveyors and can be used independently or seamlessly connected with other equipment such as turn conveyors and lifts to form a complete conveying line.

Main Advantages

Modular design, flexible adaptation: The conveyor module belt uses a snap-fit joint structure, allowing individual modules to be independently removed and replaced. The length and width of the machine body can be customized as needed, and the frame can be equipped with adjustable feet to suit different workshop layouts and conveyor height requirements, making future modifications and upgrades convenient.

Smooth operation, no damage to materials: The module with toothed precision meshing transmission ensures no slipping, deviation, or shaking during conveyance. The surface transport is steady, effectively preventing damage to fragile or easily scratched materials, and is suitable for the linear conveyance of small, precise, or irregularly shaped items.  

Durable material, suitable for various working conditions: The frame can be made of 304 stainless steel or industrial aluminum alloy, which is rust-proof, corrosion-resistant, and deformation-resistant; the module belts are made of food-grade plastic, resistant to temperature, acids and alkalis, oil, and wear, and can operate stably in complex environments such as dampness, washing, and low temperatures, while complying with FDA/food contact safety standards.  

Easy to clean and meets hygiene requirements: The machine body has no seams or accumulation corners, the modules can be directly removed and washed, and the surface of the frame is smooth and easy to wipe. Daily cleaning can be done with a high-pressure water gun, meeting the strict hygiene, epidemic prevention, and GMP standards of the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Low noise and energy-saving, easy maintenance: It uses a quiet motor and wear-resistant guide rail design, resulting in low operating noise and no additional lubrication required, reducing operational contamination; components such as the tensioning device and motor are all externally mounted, allowing daily inspection, maintenance, and adjustment without professional tools, greatly reducing maintenance difficulty.
