Plastic module conveyor with lifting equipment

The plastic modular belt lifting conveyor is a vertical / steep-angle material lifting machine that uses food-grade engineering plastic modular belts as the conveying medium. It is specifically designed to address challenges such as connecting different heights in production lines, transferring materials between floors, and vertical feeding in confined spaces. The equipment frame can be made from 304 stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or carbon steel with powder coating, and can be paired with customized modular belts (with added cleats, skirts, or ribs). With a variable frequency speed control system, it achieves smooth, slip-free material lifting. The conveyor angle can range from 30° to 90° for vertical lifting. It is suitable for transporting small to medium items, bottles, cans, boxes, and granular materials across industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and light daily chemical manufacturing. The system meets FDA food contact standards and pharmaceutical GMP cleanliness requirements, making it a key supporting device for automated production lines to efficiently utilize space and ensure seamless process integration.

Main Features

  1. Plastic modules with core, clean, wear-resistant, and widely compatible

The conveyor belt is integrally injection-molded from POM/PP food-grade engineering plastics, with a smooth surface without dead corners, making it easy to clean; it comes with self-lubricating properties, low friction coefficient, wear and damage resistance, suitable for 24-hour continuous operation, with no metal rust or debris issues, meeting both the demands of heavy industrial loads and cleanroom environments.

  • Steep angle / vertical lift, prevents material leakage and ensures stable conveying

Standard equipped with raised baffle skirt module belt, the height of the baffle can be customized on demand, which can effectively prevent material slipping and leakage, and achieve vertical lifting of 30°-90°.

  • Lightweight frame, flexible installation and space-saving

The frame can be made of lightweight aluminum alloy or 304 stainless steel. It has a compact structure and is lightweight, requiring no large foundation construction. It can be quickly installed anywhere in the workshop and is suitable for narrow spaces such as between factory floors or production line gaps, significantly improving workshop space utilization.

  • Stable operation with low noise and no material damage

Using sprocket transmission, the modules mesh accurately, operating smoothly without jamming, misalignment, or excessive vibration, meeting workshop environmental protection requirements; the plastic belt is flexible and provides stable support, effectively protecting bottles, jars, fragile items, and other materials.

  • Modular design, easy maintenance, and low cost

The equipment rack, modular belt, and transmission system are all modular and can be assembled piece by piece. The plastic modular belt can be replaced section by section, so partial damage does not require replacing the entire belt. There are few wear parts, and daily maintenance only requires simple lubrication without the need for professional maintenance personnel, significantly reducing equipment operation and maintenance costs as well as downtime.

Application Scenarios

  1. Food and Beverage Industry

Various beverage bottles, cans, yogurt cups, baked goods, snack foods, and fruit and vegetable product production lines can be connected at different heights, such as lifting bottles and cans after filling lines, lifting fruits and vegetables after washing lines, and feeding materials before packaging lines, meeting the requirements for clean and damage-free transport.

  • Pharmaceutical and Daily Chemical Industry

The transfer between floors in workshops for clean materials such as medicine bottles, reagent kits, cosmetic bottles, personal care products, and mask containers, as well as the connection between clean areas and packaging areas at different heights, complies with GMP clean standards and poses no risk of material contamination.

  • E-commerce Logistics Industry

Sorting lines for small parcels, express packages, and e-commerce packaging boxes, high and low-level transfers, automated warehouse feeding, and inter-floor transport in sorting centers are adapted to the logistics industry’s need for efficient and continuous conveyance.

  • Light manufacturing industry

The production line ramp-up and material transfer between processes for small and medium-sized products such as plastic parts, small hardware, electronic components, stationery, and toys can accommodate the layout requirements of workshops with limited space.

  • Cold Chain Fresh Food Industry

In cold chain workshops for fresh fruits and vegetables, frozen foods, and chilled dairy products, the high and low lift operations and low-temperature-resistant plastic modular belts can operate stably at -20°C without issues of brittleness or deformation.
