Plastic module conveyor with lifting equipment

The plastic modular belt lifting conveyor is a vertical / steep-angle material lifting machine that uses food-grade engineering plastic modular belts as the conveying medium. It is specifically designed to address challenges such as connecting different heights in production lines, transferring materials between floors, and vertical feeding in confined spaces. The equipment frame can be made from 304 stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or carbon steel with powder coating, and can be paired with customized modular belts (with added cleats, skirts, or ribs). With a variable frequency speed control system, it achieves smooth, slip-free material lifting. The conveyor angle can range from 30° to 90° for vertical lifting. It is suitable for transporting small to medium items, bottles, cans, boxes, and granular materials across industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and light daily chemical manufacturing. The system meets FDA food contact standards and pharmaceutical GMP cleanliness requirements, making it a key supporting device for automated production lines to efficiently utilize space and ensure seamless process integration.

The conveyor belt is integrally injection-molded from POM/PP food-grade engineering plastics, with a smooth surface without dead corners, making it easy to clean; it comes with self-lubricating properties, low friction coefficient, wear and damage resistance, suitable for 24-hour continuous operation, with no metal rust or debris issues, meeting both the demands of heavy industrial loads and cleanroom environments.

Standard equipped with raised baffle skirt module belt, the height of the baffle can be customized on demand, which can effectively prevent material slipping and leakage, and achieve vertical lifting of 30°-90°.

The frame can be made of lightweight aluminum alloy or 304 stainless steel. It has a compact structure and is lightweight, requiring no large foundation construction. The equipment rack, modular belt, and transmission system are all modular and can be assembled piece by piece. The plastic modular belt can be replaced section by section, so partial damage does not require replacing the entire belt. There are few wear parts, and daily maintenance only requires simple lubrication without the need for professional maintenance personnel, significantly reducing equipment operation and maintenance costs as well as downtime.
