6520 Plastic Flat Mesh Belt

The 6520 plastic flat mesh belt is a modular all-plastic conveying mesh belt specially designed for medium-light load and clean environments. Its core is injection-molded from food-grade PP (polypropylene) or high-wear-resistant POM (polyoxymethylene), connected with 304 stainless steel pins. As a classic flat version of the 6500 series, its biggest feature is a fully closed, pore-free surface, which completely solves the pain points of material jamming and dirt hiding of traditional mesh belts. This mesh belt has a standardized pitch, supports custom width of any size, can realize horizontal straight-line, small-angle climbing and flexible turning conveying, and can perfectly mesh with conveyors and sprockets of the same specification. With its characteristics of easy sanitation and cleaning and low-noise operation, it has become a cost-effective core component replacing traditional belts and roller lines in food packaging, pharmaceutical and daily chemical, electronic assembly and other industries.

1. Fully Closed Flat Surface, Zero Material Damage

Adopting an integrally formed fully flat structure, the surface is smooth and flat, without hollowing out or gaps. When conveying bottled, boxed, soft-packaged and precision parts, the force is uniform, no material jamming, no surface scratching, no small parts falling, especially suitable for fragile products and products with high appearance requirements.

2. Food-Grade Material, No Sanitary Dead Ends

Both PP and POM materials have passed FDA food contact certification, with no peculiar smell, no capillaries and no oil absorption. The mesh belt structure has no sanitary dead ends, and can be directly rinsed with a high-pressure water gun or put into a sterilization tunnel, perfectly adapting to the strict hygiene standards of the food and pharmaceutical industries and eliminating cross-contamination.

3. Self-Lubricating, Low-Noise, Maintenance-Free Design

The plastic material has inherent lubricating properties, with a small friction coefficient with the guide rail, and the operating noise is below 55 decibels. No additional lubricating oil is required throughout the process, which not only reduces maintenance costs, but also avoids secondary pollution of materials by grease, suitable for long-term continuous operation in clean workshops.

4. Modular Splicing, Extremely Convenient Operation and Maintenance

Adopting a snap-on pin connection, a single module can be independently disassembled and replaced, and the entire belt does not need to be scrapped in case of local damage, which greatly reduces the shutdown maintenance cost. The modular design allows flexible cutting of length and splicing of width according to the needs of the production line, with efficient and simple installation and commissioning.

5. Weather-Resistant and Corrosion-Resistant, Adaptable to Multiple Working Conditions

It has excellent acid and alkali resistance and oil resistance, and can be used in humid environments for a long time (PP temperature resistance: -20℃~+100℃, POM temperature resistance: -40℃~+80℃). The non-magnetic and anti-static (optional) design can also safely convey precision electronic components.
